Activities Department - Annual Events
The Activities Department at Friendship Ridge is a great group of people that are always looking for ways to enrich the lives of the residents with activities. In addition to the annual events listed below, there are daily activities, special trips, monthly shopping trips to Walmart and seasonal trips such as fishing, ball games, luncheons, parades. The resident's family members are encouraged to attend these events.

An Activity Therapy Open House is also held this month in celebration of National Activity Professionals' Week. A picture display of activities held throughout the previous year is on display as well as door prizes and refreshments.
February Valentine Dance - Residents dress in red and/or pink, listen to a live band, door prizes are awarded, and volunteers offer their assistance.
March A St. Patrick's Day Dance is held with a live band performing and the theme is "green"!
