VOLUNTEER SERVICES AT FRIENDSHIP RIDGE

THE CRIMSON LINE AUXILIARY

The Crimson Line Auxiliary is the volunteer organization at Friendship Ridge. This organization, developed in 1964, currently has 120 members. They are always in need of more volunteers to help with the many activities that are offered through the Activities Department. Click here to see some actual events involving Friendship Ridge Volunteers. Some areas that can use the help of volunteers include:

  • Escort residents to, and help them with, activities
  • Snack bar and gift shop
  • Library
  • Resident one-to-one service (the volunteer visits residents that do not have family members available)
  • Reception desk
  • Music skills (play the piano or organ)
  • Sponsoring birthday parties, bingo and many other activities

If you are interested in becoming a Crimson Line Auxiliary member, please contact Tammy Jones at (724) 773-5251 or e-mail her at tjones@friendshipridge.org.
