William Jozefczyk was hired as Administrator of Friendship Ridge in June, 2008. He has over 30 years experience in nursing home administration, and has managed facilities ranging in size from 48 beds to 540 beds. He has worked in the private, public, for-profit, and not-for-profit sectors of the nursing home field. He is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania, and earned his Masters degree in Health Care Administration from the George Washington University in Washington, DC. In addition, he holds a Law degree from the Duquesne University, and teaches evening graduate courses at St. Vincent’s College, in Latrobe, PA.

Mrs. Gleason is both a registered nurse and a licensed nursing home administrator. She began working at Friendship Ridge as a college student. After graduating from Community College of Beaver County, she began her RN career as a staff nurse and advanced through the supervisory and management positions to become Assistant Administrator and Director of Nursing. She has been employed at Friendship Ridge for 33 years.

Ms. Hunter graduated cum laude from Carlow College with a BSN in 1993. Prior to that, she received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Kent State University in 1984. She has been certified through ANCC as a gerontological nurse since 1990 and has been an employee of Friendship Ridge since 1989. During her career at Friendship Ridge she has worked as a staff nurse, and as a clinical coordinator. She was named to Director of Admissions in 2005.

Mr. Schrum received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Geneva College in 1972 and his Master of Science Degree in Educational Psychology and Adult Counseling from Duquesne University in 1975. He also obtained his Pennsylvania Nursing Home License in 1984. Mr. Schrum has been an employee of Friendship Ridge for 34 Years.

Mrs. Urban graduated in 1964 as an LPN from St. Francis Hospital in Pittsburgh. Prior to employment at Friendship Ridge, she worked at St. Francis Hospital and at Sewickley Valley Hospital. She received her RN degree from Community College of Beaver County in 1975 and in 1989 graduated from Point Park University with a BS degree in Health Services. Mrs. Urban has been an employee of Friendship Ridge since 1975. In her tenure at Friendship Ridge, Mrs. Urban has worked as an LPN, a staff nurse, and a Clinical Coordinator/Assistant Director of Nursing.
